Director
John Dowd is a director of College Living. His 20 years of knowledge and experience extends to all aspects of the property industry. John takes particular pride in delivering an attentive and responsive service to all our Clients. As the leader of an energetic Property Team John’s goals are to further develop the business by winning new instructions through recommendations and the promotion of excellent practice.
Shay Atkinson
Director
Shay Atkinson is a director of College Living. Shay has over fourteen years experience in the industry, managing a large number of residential and commercial and student accommodation properties on behalf of Banks, Receivers, Corporate and Residential Clients.
Kinga Zimnica
Client Services Manager
Kinga Zimnica joined the College Living team in February 2014 bringing with her a Master’s Degree in Administration. Kinga takes care of daily maintenance issues that arise and liaises with landlords , students and co-ordinates the maintenance and/or repairs with the Maintenance Team.
Peter Dzieciolowski
Accounts
Peter Dzieciolowski joined our growing Finance Department in 2012 as an Accounts Technician. Peter previously worked with Ebay and has extensive experience in all accounting practices.
Katie Walton
Accommodation Officer
Katie is our Accommodation Officer looking after the day to day running of our various student accommodations especially Alexandra College Accommodation. Katie organises all bookings and cancellations for student accommodations in Dublin.
Lisa Buckley
Accommodation Officer
Lisa is our Accommodation Officer looking after the day to day running of our various student accommodations. Lisa organises and provides all essential information and services to our international community of students and their families.
Daragh Gibbons
Maintenance Manager
Daragh Gibbons is our Maintenance Manager who manages our growing nationwide maintenance team of electricians, carpenters, gardeners, painters, roofers and plumbers. We were delighted to welcome Daragh to Collegeliving in January 2014.
